The winter solstice festival is an inspiration for many musicians, and so it is for Belgian oud player Tristan Driessens and Iranian kemençe master Kayhan Kalhor. On 15, 16 and 17 December, they will bring their concert ‘Yalda – The Longest Night’ to the stages of Bozar (Brussels), Amare (The Hague) and Concertgebouw Brugge, where they will open the ‘Winterwende’ music festival.
